Privacy policy

This policy explains how mjonesone LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit everysignal.com or use Every Signal (the "Service"). Questions: mjonesoneinsta@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service (sign-in links, access to reports, research, monitoring alerts, billing and support); to understand which pages and reports are useful and improve them; to send service emails about your account, reports and material changes to our terms; and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. We send marketing emails only if you've asked for them, and every one lets you opt out.

3. Cookies and local storage

We set one essential, secure sign-in cookie when you log in (it lasts up to 30 days). Our analytics pixel stores a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, under its privacy policy.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with service providers that process it for us under contract:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. Retention

We keep account, research and billing records while your account is open and for up to two years after it closes, except billing records we must keep longer for tax purposes. Server and analytics logs are kept for up to 13 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), sign-in links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes, secrets are stored with restricted access, and only people who need it can reach customer data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we'll tell you as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing mjonesoneinsta@gmail.com. We'll verify the request comes from your account email and respond within 30 days (45 for California requests, extendable as the law allows). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): in the last 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (purchases), internet activity (pages visited) and professional information (firm), from you and your device, for the purposes in section 2, and disclosed them only to the service providers in section 4. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use sensitive personal information. You may use an authorised agent to make a request.

EEA and UK visitors: we process your data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and improving the Service, and to meet legal obligations. You also have the right to object, restrict processing and complain to your local data protection authority. Your data is processed in the United States.

8. Companies and people in our reports

Reports cover companies, using information they publish and data from public tools. We don't collect personal data about individual consumers of those companies. Reports may name company founders or executives in their professional roles, using public sources. If you're named and want something corrected or removed, email us.

9. Children

The Service is for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's data; if you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes and contact

We'll post any changes here with a new date and email account holders about material changes. Contact: mjonesone LLC · Every Signal · mjonesoneinsta@gmail.com.
